EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your material for anther material, we will waive the restocking fee. Just contact us for return information, and tell us which material you wish to exchange it for. We will ship the new material free.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up until the material ships, for a complete refund. If you wish to cancel your order after the material has shipped, please return the material to us. If you wish to exchange the material, there will be no restocking fee. Please note, the majority of orders ship the same day as ordered at 4:30pm CST.
